I am a bilingual (French-English) international development specialist (LLM, MPA) with nearly 15 years of experience dedicated to improving the socio-economic well-being of Africans.

My work spans government affairs, women’s economic empowerment, regional trade, private sector development, and multi-stakeholder engagement across West, East, and Southern Africa. I bring cross-sectoral expertise and a deep understanding of the African development landscape.

Skilled in research, project design, implementation, facilitation, and capacity building, I currently focus on advocating for stronger access for women to international and intra-African markets, while leading gender mainstreaming efforts in development finance initiatives across the continent.

Alongside my development work, I have been actively championing African creative industries since 2011. I began as a contributor to Afrikadaa, an online African arts journal; co-founded NollywoodWeek Paris, a film festival spotlighting Nigerian cinema; and coordinated an international literary festival in Uganda. Today, I continue this work through my creative consultancy, Zaria Horizons, which supports and amplifies African artists and storytellers.
